An extraordinary open air living experience awaits, with at least one wall in every room opening to the elements. Watch hummingbirds flit in and out; spot lizards darting among the rocks around the pools; hear the sunset song of tree frogs and marvel at their tiny forms; wonder at a canopy of stars that seems close enough to touch, untainted by light pollution. The solid wood upper floor of the Villa cantilevers some 500 feet above the coast, to dramatic effect. Below, six bedrooms look west to the sea and the setting sun. Just off the main living area are sundecks and a 48ft ozone pool before a sweeping, ever changing seascape. A Pavilion lounge, outdoor kitchen, al-fresco eating area and solar-heated stone plunge pool overlook the panorama. Via a separate entrance at the east end of the property, the Lodge offers self-contained, studio-style accommodation with its own private kitchen, plunge pool and sun deck.

garden studios - neptune, mercury
Two studio bedrooms are arranged on the lower level of the villa. Both are accessible from the main bedroom level and also directly from the property entrance via garden steps.
Both garden studios have their own breakfast bars and en-suite bathrooms, and are cooled by ceiling fans and air conditioners. There is a queen-sized bed in the Neptune studio, with twin beds in the Mercury studio(that can be made-up as a king), desks and dressing areas. Both studios have an additional day bed for a third guest. There is a refreshing plunge pool outside with a grove of fruit trees and sea views beyond.

From the cantilever, descend one flight of stairs to the main bedrooms. Four bedrooms are arranged along an open-air corridor that opens onto a small tranquillity garden.
Venus & Saturn bedrooms have four-poster king beds. Mars & Jupiter have twin beds that can also be made-up as kings. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, desks and wardrobe storage areas.
All main floor bedrooms have teak louvred doors opening onto a sea view.

THE LODGE: THE ULTIMATE ESCAPE
Positioned at the eastern end of the property 100′ from the Villa, and looking southwest towards the Pitons, is a self-contained Lodge with private plunge pool, sun deck, full kitchen, bar and outdoor bathroom (with privacy curtains).
The Lodge does not share facilities nor does it overlook the Villa. There is a queen bed as well as a sitting area with panoramic sea and Piton views. Large teak screens are operated by a nautical winch system. The Lodge is cooled by a ceiling fan, and the natural breeze thanks to its position high on a ridge, but is not air conditioned.
